BUFORD, Ga. - Buford volleyball completed an undefeated day at the Playdate on Saturday, winning four matches and eight of nine sets.

The Wolves recorded 2-0 victories over McDonough, Westlake and East Forsyth before closing the event with a 2-1 win against Morgan County.

Buford 2, McDonough 0

Buford opened the day with a 25-8, 25-10 victory over McDonough.

The Wolves controlled both sets and allowed only 18 total points during the match.

Buford 2, Westlake 0

Buford followed with another sweep, defeating Westlake 25-20, 25-17.

After taking a competitive opening set, the Wolves finished the match with an eight-point victory in the second.

Buford 2, East Forsyth 0

The Wolves remained unbeaten with a 25-20, 25-22 victory over East Forsyth.

The second set was Buford's closest of the first three matches, but the Wolves held on to complete their third consecutive sweep.

Buford 2, Morgan County 1

Morgan County became the only opponent to take a set from Buford during the event.

The Wolves won the opening set 25-14 before Morgan County responded with a 25-23 victory in the second. Buford secured the match by winning the deciding set 15-12.

Buford finished the day 4-0 with victories in eight of its nine sets.
