BUFORD, Ga. — Buford ended North Forsyth's unbeaten start with a 20-7 victory Wednesday, then shut out Hebron Christian Academy 13-0 to complete a two-win evening at the Buford High School Turf Fields.

North Forsyth arrived with a 12-0 record. The Wolves held the Raiders to seven points to deliver their first defeat, then followed with an even stingier defensive performance against Hebron.

Buford outscored its two opponents 33-7 and finished the night back at .500 with a 7-7 record. The shutout of the Lions gave the Wolves consecutive victories heading into November.

Buford returns to action Tuesday, Nov. 3, in Lawrenceville, facing Central Gwinnett at 5:30 p.m. and Mill Creek at 6:30 p.m.
